Statistics never lie but liars ALWAYS use statistics...
Put it this way... Biden’s approval is over 50% but when you look deeper they skewer the poll with 70% liberal dems... so like I say the numbers don’t lie but liars always point to the ‘nimbers’
Does it matter? I’m sure a majority of voters voted for Trump yet we ar stuck with Xiden and Heels Up.
Majority of Americans also didn't vote for the swamp. Criminals at the podium.
75% of Americans didn't want Obamacare, but that didn't stop them.
And just when was the last time the Dems have given a rats ass about what the people think ?
As President of the United States, I would work with Congress to increase SCOTUS by four seats. (One for each federal circuit in our system.) I would then agree to allow the [opposite party] two selections for Justice and I would maintain two selection.
I would then 'mandate' (or work with Congress for approval) a term limit on all new Justices. (I'm assuming that current Justices would be grandfathered in.) If we have the oldest tenured Justice's term expire every two years, that would be about a 26 year term per Justice.
just my two cents.
