I think DUKE03 is highly likely to be assigned to a helicopter pilot and that DUKE01 was Philip, DUKE02 Charles and DUKE03 William given line of importance.

Alternatively DUKE03 could be Andrew.

It definitely happened I posted onto here as it was unfolding.
