I wouldn't say this is a theory, but something I've thought about. It's been stated many times now that the theft of the election had to be allowed to happen, and Team Trump had to try (or at least go through the motions of trying) to correct that theft, before the military could eventually act. This is described in the Law of War guidelines.

Ducey in AZ and Kemp in GA went out of their way after the election to let the fraud stand in their states. But now, all of a sudden they both flipped the other way, and are enacting tougher voting laws in their states. Did they allow the theft to happen in their states because that was part of the plan all along? Similarly, did the SCOTUS reject the lawsuits because the plan all along was not to win in the courts, so that the only remaining option was the military, as is outlined in Law of War?
