This is the part that makes me wonder about wether or not population shrinking was the goal.
They push a vaccine that kills the people who take it right? Way more democracts and NPCs are taking it! It seems foolish to kill your voting base.

Votes don't matter when you eventually don't hold elections because the government turns into a commie sh*thole where dictatorship is the norm.
They don't care about votes in the long run. Their main goal is to minimize the population so much that they can shove us all into "smart cities" that will keep us prisoners and have us work for them. Think "Brave New World." That's the vision I see.
