As an unfortunate side effect to all the beautiful positives of our great state, the housing market in Florida is being driven out of the price range of Floridians recieving Floridian wages. I know TOO MANY locals struggling to compete with "Northern" bids to find ANY single family housing here. I welcome like minded people fleeing oppressive dictatorships, but pray our wages increase commensurably.
