Is this why Gates is pushing fake meat? What happens if there's an "accident" and REAL meat is gone?

Putting a animal/human BioWeapons lab in Tornado Alley? Right in the middle of the heartland where all the farms and ranches are?

It floods there. There are tornadoes. What could go wrong?

Mad Cow? Swine Flu? Foot and Mouth? WTF. When they had outbreaks in the UK what happened to all the animals?

Q says things have double meanings. I think Kansas=Pompeo. Q never mentioned his name directly in the drops and when q lists who to trust, there are 4 last names and Kansas. If you search Pompeo on wikipedia, his state of residence is Kansas. Which may explain Pompeo's epic coded tweets.
