Q says things have double meanings. I think Kansas=Pompeo. Q never mentioned his name directly in the drops and when q lists who to trust, there are 4 last names and Kansas. If you search Pompeo on wikipedia, his state of residence is Kansas. Which may explain Pompeo's epic coded tweets.
