In 2 short years, Ron DeSantis has proven this over and over.

Florida has been open, free, and back to normal for so long - I sometimes forget that other states are still living in Democrat Communist Governor lockdown hell.

NC here - I didn't vote for Cooper, but apparently our election machine made sure that didn't matter.
