Maybe Cerberus? Three-headed dog that guard the Underworld and prevents the dead from leaving. We do talk about the Deep State and their underground facilities and the uptick and earthquakes.

I don't know if this means much, but Cerberus is mentioned in this article. It talks about Mars quakes coming from Cerberus Fossae and a lot about stuff happening under the ground on the Red Planet. Maybe it's a stretch, but I thought I'd put it out there.

But shouldn't the acronym be MOISRUE? I know that's unpronounceable, but how does became MOXIE which looks a lot like MOVIE.
