I'm just guessing here but I'm assuming our military is operating across multiple fronts throughout this situation. While yes, there may be some legal technicalities according to the DoD law of war manual, I have a feeling the Chinese / Iran threats in terms of physical full out WWIII have to be carefully weighed and considered relative to the military taking back our civilian government in the USA. Once that first move is made I think it's going to be an all out blitzkrieg on all world wide fronts (USA, Russia, Ukraine, China, Taiwan, and maybe other countries.) So taking all that into consideration and given that we assume that Q/ mil int know the playbook and know the plan, I suspect they are waiting for that event moment on the horizon as the catalyst to move. That event could be an attack on our soil either terrorist or nuclear scare, or maybe a real escalation between Russia / Ukraine. One way or the other there will be an event to set things off and when that starts things are going to happen incredibly fast. I could be completely wrong but I'm just trying to balance our domestic situation against the international situation of the Great Reset agenda.
