Puts on the Carnac the Fortune Teller swami hat and cape from Jonny Carson's time and holds the envelope to his head then states the following...This is what happens when Apple does it's part to stop the Tech Upstarts (Gab Parlor Telegram Frank and others) from operating.

Opens envelope and reads : iOS Updates and enforces ban on Data collection.

If all assets are deployed then even FarceBook is a pawn of war and they will sacrifice it to take out others. But as it rolls out I expect deals will be made and FB will plow on while the Upstarts get choked out...

Just a thought.
