They didn't lockdown, but they have a very authoritarian track and trace program with very steep punishments. Anyone who comes in contact with someone who tested positive is under house arrest for two weeks and are tracked via smart phones and cctv. So it is better in some ways, but worse in others. I am grateful I never experienced the lockdowns, but the sheeple here are worse, I would say. Last time someone dissented covid conveniently broke out during their protest causing them to be nationally villified.
