It's from RSBN. So the quick calculation is assume it's real, or this is the first time the official RSBN twitter has been fooled. Or in fact they are doing the fooling themselves. That's how you can assume.

It seems real after all. It's now on Trump's GAB page along with a couple newer statements. I guess it just takes time for these pages to update.
