Everybody's showing videos of the fibers moving. That can be due to a number of explainable causes. - Heat, Moisture, Content of the Fiber reacting to environment, nanobots, poison, etc. Even when they seem to reach out to a Q-tip it can be from the "Cheerio Effect" where floating cheerios clump together.
Someone needs to do an analysis of the fiber by itself. Is it a living organism or created? Synthetic or organic? They have to take it apart and analyze the content.
