Reading the article it sounds like the Judge wants to be able to say he gave the Dems a fair hearing. But he’s signaling he isn’t in a position to stop the audit.

The interesting, but not surprising, part of the story is how the media is acting on behalf of the Democratic Party. First through unauthorized entry into the facility. Then by feeding the blue pen issue to the Dems.
