I wanted to start a discussion, if possible.

We know that Q told us that comms (social media, internet, television, phone) would shut down for a while (Could be 3 days, ten[according to Ten days. Darkness],whatever). What I can't come around is, who will pull it ?

Will it be the Good Guys, to finally force media to shut their mouths and stop lying for a while so the truth can be broadcasted via emergency services ?

Or will it be the Deep State, pulling one last desperate shot at stopping info about some massive reveal from spreading (would expect only internet and phone to go down, as to force people on having only televised and printed MSM as a source of news) and the Good Guys will turn this against them, somehow ?

Show me your opinions. I'm kinda focused into researching the US comms systems this weekend.
