There is an ancient war of flora versus fauna. Plants are now being attacked from all directions. Many people have decided to devote their lives to only eating them, known as vegetarians. Others conjure plots to restrict their carbon dioxide intake. A few even wish to reduce the sun’s rays from reaching them and lowering the temperature of the planet in order to freeze them out. Experimentation has reduced their fertility and many genetic lines have been altered so much, they can only be grown in labs. Their offspring do not produce seed any more. It is only a matter of time until the plants strike back.

Ok, so I wrote all that as a joke, but the more I came up with in this ridiculous plot, the more it seems like they really are trying to kill plant life wholesale. This is an indirect approach to killing us. If we can’t grow plants, we starve. My mind still can’t wrap around how they convinced everyone that carbon dioxide, literally essential to plant life, is a pollutant. I mean, bravo.
