Reason I ask is because I find it quite strange that the dems didn’t post up the $1m for the TROs. I’d like to know what tricks they have up their sleeves and what they are actively planning so we are able to counter them
I agree. They have the money and have access to deep pockets so why not pay up? I think there is more to this story, as always, that we were not told.

Epshteyn and Bannon think perhaps they saw they weren't going to get anywhere with this judge so they didn't bother and will be pursuing it in federal court.

Gotta remember the Dems have a lot of ILLEGAL money. They can't spend that in court. They won't just use that for something that will go away in a couple days my guess is they didn't get the judge they wanted.
