As of April 23, 2021 at 1200hrs, 137,234,889 Americans (42.05%) have been vaccinated with at least one dose, ranging from California with 45.41% down to 29.12% for Mississippi.

89,245,776 Americans (27.64%) are considered fully vaccinated. (Source CDC)
