At this point I'm done assuming who is or is not part of the plan. Rudy had a dud performance but for all we know it was intentional for him to throw some of those early cases. Maybe it's intentional for Byrne to talk about Rudy like that. Maybe some of these people are part of the plan to varying degrees and only have so much info. Maybe Q isn't as good as we like to think and some people associated with the plan fail in their missions from time to time.

I do hope that in the end we'll get to know who did what intentionally and what was organic.
