I was surprised this wasn't ratioed and s rolled through some comments for good ones.

Instead they are all cheer leading, strongly suggesting wearing a helmet, or comments sharing personal experiences with scooters

Can people actually believe and engage with this phony crap?

Politics aside, who thinks Kerry scoots around with any regularity to make a difference?
