Kate Brown was Oregon's Sec of State in 2015. (In charge of elections) We had a pretty good although democratic guv - a doctor and a bit of a cowboy/sportsman/ good old boy. He left his wife for a young Hillary type who used his power for her gain and dems forced him to resign. Kate was the default and here is the wiki about all that:
Governor Kate Brown took office on February 18, 2015 upon the resignation of John Kitzhaber.[2] She was subsequently elected in the gubernatorial special election in 2016[3] and was re-elected to a full term in 2018.[4] She is term-limited and cannot seek re-election to a second full term until 2026.
She has fought off several recalls always with fakery regarding dates and signatures. The few Republican representatives prior to 2018 all left the capitol and refused to vote on several of her issues and she sent the State Police to bring them back. They refused. She is hated by law enforcement and anyone with any sense. She is destroying the farming/rural areas and is an evil Clinton clone in how she deals with people. I am sure she has picked her successors and is well trained in "elections".
Good dig
