"Experts on election administration and security have expressed alarm at the Senate's audit, which they say isn't following standard procedures to transparently and accurately count votes." the last paragraph... reminds me of another quote.

I thought the same thing with the last paragraph. Live streaming cameras are a lot more transparent than white poster boards covering the windows.
