I have been hearing lots of quiet talk about imposing higher tax rates on white people (tax rates based on rates) as a form of reparations. Also, giving tax credits and refunds to minorities. The theory is white people have historically benefitted disproportionately from state, local and federal expenditures and should therefore pay more for their disproportionate benefits.
