Everyone seems to miss the point that they had already manipulated the results up until this point. Those numbers are ALREADY TAMPERED WITH!!! And Trump was still winning. The stop on counting to reset the computers was an emergency action because their planned tampering wasn't enough.

Wrap your head around those % are probibly off by 5-10 more in Trump's favor.

What’s crazy is Trump knew Exactly what their plan was. He literally said that he didn’t want them to stop counting at 2am and happen to find thousands upon thousands of ballots. He said this maybe three or four hours before they did precisely that.
