Christianity doesn’t promise Heavenly rewards for obeying rules... that’s what separates Christianity from all the others. Christianity explicitly states that we cannot earn our salvation and that our righteousness is like filthy rags to God.
"For the Son of Man is going to come in his Father’s glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what they have done." - Matthew 16:27
Here’s what the Bible says about where salvation comes from...in a nutshell, Jesus did all the work, not us...
8For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God 9not by works, so that no one can boast.
Ephesians 2: 8-9 (NIV)
For no human being will be justified in his sight by works of the law, since through the law comes knowledge of sin.
Romans 3:20 (RSV)
he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit,
Perhaps I should have been clearer. Heaven itself is not a reward for obedience. There is a Judgement for believers that will reward them in Heaven for what they did with their knowledge of Christ. What will that reward be? I don’t know.
Isn't the whole idea of Christianity that Jesus sacrificed himself so that we wouldn't be burdened with our sins?
In other words, we can accept our imperfections, and don't have to be saints to gain access to Heaven. We must only desire repentance, and Christ will do the rest. That's what "accepting Christ" means. Going through every act of evil we've ever committed would be near impossible. That's why Jesus exists; to take the weight off our shoulders.
The Vatican and most Christian churches were hijacked by Luciferians, starting in the decades following the Crucifixion. That's why pedophilia is rampant in the Catholic Church. The people running these institutions are members of elaborate blackmail rings, all tying back to globalist oligarchs.
Ephesians 2: 8-10 "For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them."

I think it's pretty clear.

"Oh that pesky Protestant theology!"
Yes that pesky Protestant theology of the Bible

Works is evidence of faith. You are putting the cart before the horse.
Beat me to it book of James is the first verse that came to mind!
