what do you take? am interested ~ i take a fuck ton of supplements after much research and have gotten my health to an amazing place. black seed oil is something i think every human should take daily it helps body & mind yet ive barely heard anyone talk about it, it is even talked about in the Bible & has a rep for “curing everything but death”
I highly recommend taking various mushroom/sea moss supplements - I have a lot of Japanese friends & something their healthcare system pushes as one of THE most important things to eat/take are mushrooms of all kinds and also seaweed/sea moss, and given their lifespan is significantly higher and their health generally super good, I implemented these and I did it one by one so I could see what did which and to make sure all of them made me feel good without any side effects. Lion's Mane is phenomenal for focus/peace of mind/heals the reward center of the brain if you've done any damage to it from drugs/too much drinking when younger (Nootropics Depot), Cordyceps & Reishii excellent for energy/mood (Gaia), Chaga excellent overall (Alkaline Herbs) but I also cycle in combo mushroom supplements to get ones I'm missing (Choq Seven Wonders, Gaia Immune). I like cycling brands of supplements for everything I take bc I just think that's a good idea in general. As for sea moss - this straight up healed my hypothyroidism and I was able to fully stop taking naturally dessicated thyroid. I take Alkaline Herb Sea Moss/Bladderwrack and recently bought Choq's Irish Moss to cycle in. All of these are real food based supplements which i think is part of why they are so beneficial. I also take Oil of Oregano every other day and more often if i feel like i'm getting sick. also if I feel run down I take Lysine/Garlic combo pill (Lysine is a major immune system booster. when I got shingles last year there is no cure for it so the doc said the best thing I could take was Lysine so I implemented that whenever I felt I was getting sick & it seems to have always worked). It may seem like a lot but I have never felt so good in my life and my diet kind of blows a lot of the time but I don't feel the same payment of that bad diet since implementing these supplements. when I have a solid week of eating super clean without slipping in any junk food with this supplement situation, I feel like a god lol.
Dude, you just made me pick up some black seed oil and garlic. I just have to try it and see if it helps. Sounds like me and my wife could be helped by this or other parasite inhibiting supplements. Asthma too
black seed oil is phenomenal for everything i highly recommend keeping it in the rotation always!. it is amazing for mood as well which is an extra bonus.
Is this something pregnant and nursing mothers should avoid? I find that almost anything shouldn’t be given to that category of people, no matter what it is.
A tablespoon of raw honey with half a teaspoon of kalonji before breakfast.
I have breathing difficulties, the way to treat this it seems is to mix kalonji with ground coffee and rub it on your chest.

Yes. Kalonji is very good stuff, but I can't find any recipes or regimes for treatment of different ailments, do you know of any?

Research mimosa pudica seed, cloves, papaya seeds, black walnut - not sure if it’s oil or husks. There are many natural ways to kill parasites.
awesome thanks, will do!!
