Would it be filtered enough to be "just blood"?

Would it modifying the new clean host?

I have heard that if someone has the Covid jab, they should not have sex with an unvaccinated person. They could be "shedding" from the jab and might spread disease/harm.

And I would assume no Donar organs from vaccinated people.
