The new judge is giving both sides 10-days to make their cases to determine what needs to happen next.
My suggestion: Rinse & Repeat. Create another conflict of interest for THIS judge in about 9 or 10 days... so he has to recuse himself. Then another judge will be selected... giving you an additional 10 days for the audit. :>)
By the time they've finally settled on a judge... the audit will be over and the results will be known nation wide.
Damn good strategy - I hope they have the same idea. If they can prove he worked with Perkins Coie then that should be a no-brainer. But then so should the election have been a no-brainer, so no guarantees there.

Conflict of interest isn't a problem when it's favorable to their side.
Agreed, they do not recuse when their is a conflict of interest.
