Yea, this is going to be hard for a judge to halt. This should be blocked many different ways. I'm no legal fag at all, but I believe that this falls under the plenary power of the legislature. I believe that the contractors are operating under the authority of the legislature and they should be immune to these types of lawsuits while the legislature is in session. I also do not believe that the plaintiffs have standing.
That being said, I could easily see the judge go rogue as a delay tactic, and then it will go to the full state supreme court and perhaps even SCOTUS.
It could easily be temporarily halted tomorrow, because tyranny.
You ask a legit question. Remember, they hid behind questions of standing, ripeness, etc, to shoot down our litigation. In this case, they are now the plaintiffs, reversing the roles.
It's in the full panel of the AZ Supreme Court where I expect sanity to return. I just don't see how they stop the audit without trampling on the separation of powers.

It hasn’t been hard for them to do any of what has happened so far. Why is this different? Honest question.
