Right? It's not like not killing themselves is saving them from hell anyways, I think it's just that they have held control for so long and have been able to make white hat moves against them into mere bandaids so much that they assume this will be just another bandaid. In fact, it seems like they are so close to the end of their plan that they assume it will be the last bandaid. They aren't gonna quit the marathon just because someone passed them in the last 100 yards, they are gonna sprint to the finish so we have to run harder and smarter.
