The watermark story has been around a long time, it's not a new thing. HOWEVER, there is also a much less circulated story that involves the paper itself which the ballots were printed on, and was allegedly supplied by the feds, and it is supposed to have a unique and distinct forensic makeup that can't be duplicated, and that is how they are going to spot the actual fake ballots. Whether either story is actually true remains to be seen.
