It's a tactic for normies who don't genuinely understand art presentations.

He is made with vibrant colors and backgrounds to portray he is more down to earth, and vibrant colors present his supposed personality.

That I agree, but that doesn't mean the methods aren't tried.

I prefer the "presidential" presentations of our presidents, regardless if I am fond of them or not.
