I believe the dynamic is that there is a small group ("fewer than you think") that every conspiracy about Jews is really talking about (at least the evil plan in the other long-lasting "all for a LARP"). Even they mention how the evil plan includes a gambit where those not in the know are forced to be in the collective due to fears (both self-fulfilling prophecies and repeated reminders). It is a complex issue that is neither "genetic Satanists" nor "they just happened to be more common". "we are saving Israel for last" means that declas of the bad doers and the plan will cause every non-bad person to realize who is evil and who is not.
