I've seen a lot of people here posting about watermarks on ballots no longer being a conspiracy.

Where are you seeing this?

From what I've gleaned, each station is performing a specific audit function - ink, crease, watermark, etc. I believe Jovan Pulitzer designed the audit methodology for Cyber Ninjas.
