Who's to say he wasn't authorized by Bai Den? If Bai Den is truly suffering from late stage Dementia and isn't really in charge (which we know is true), then ALL of our "diplomats" are just as guilty as Kerry is. If it's good for Kerry, it's good for the rest. This may be the lynch pin that brings it all down. Hopefully, anyway.
