No doubt IMO that Durham is part of the Q team, and he was giving us some incite to the Rachel Chandler case. Which I think should be coming out sooner than later, I think she will bust open the whole thing. No one has talked about her recently. I believe Durham was on this investigation. As Q stated. Think Durham start. Think Q start. What is significance. And Qs second to last post was signed Durham. Could that have been him signing off? Idk, just speculation, but it makes sense to me somewhat.
