As a parent I always thing about my kids and how they are doing so I took a look at this. A CDC link to some data and the 3500/yr mention and this is a recent report/video of 2011-2017 study that is informational This is a wiki, fwiw, of deaths by police I just think we should be having commercials/media that remind parents about the type of bedding to use and keep the sleeping environment safe. Not about when a cop gets in a tight spot and makes a split second decision where a high percentage that person is a felon/criminal. Sure bad cops should be busted, but let’s leave that up to the courts. I know I know. But 3,820 is a helluva lot less than 35,000 amirite? Let’s always think about the KIDS!

Actually your child is more likely to die from suffocation outside the parents bed in their own crib. SIDS cases occur more often in the crib than the parents bed. They don’t want that baby having skin to skin loving bonding time with their parents. Do a dig on that - everything they tell parents is BS!
Not saying the cops, I am sure the cops are great people. Probably same with hospital staff. I am suggesting the propaganda at the top is responsible for purposeful miss-information, sorry I didn’t mean like you were wrong. I just wanted to add to what you said
