Nope! Former Southern Californian here and you are very correct about that! They are way, way more racist than whites are!

In highschool they would line up on either side of the quad. Blacks on one side mexicans on the other with the school police in the middle waiting for someone to do something. When they split like that, you did not want to be in the middle. It boiled over a few times a year to the point fists were flying
