Anywhere they can get Republican's who hold power in the legislature at the state level to hire them, to make this happen.

You mean all those states with overwhelming majority Rep. legislatures that somehow lost the Presidential race to the most popular President in a reelection of all time? You mean all those states where Trump was winning by a HUGE margin that stopped counting at 4 AM to kick out the Rep. watchers and then continued counting without them for over a week?

You mean all THOSE states?
