What this district Judge does doesnt matter. This is theater.

The ball is in the Arizona Supreme Courts hand. This is a separation of powers issue. Im pretty sure a decision in that case is due very soon. And even then the Senate can refuse to follow any Court rulings. The Constitution gives them the right to handle all elections. The reverse isnt arguable.
