Yea....substitution of counsel.

Replacement counsel requested continuance. Continuance denied.

Replacement counsel requested ex parte conference. Request denied.

This is not going well so far today.

I am expecting a TRO with an automatic stay pending immediate appeal. Lord willing, the AZ Supreme Court rules later today on the Senate's motion to affirm sovereignty and plenary power in matters related to the adjudication of the election. I believe that ruling will come down on our side and render these proceedings entirely moot
