I have no idea how to find it, but memory serving, 8chan traffic briefly used this address space, either routing through DoD space or being hosted on DoD space. Gonna dig through the Q Proofs hosted here to see if I can find.

IIRC from bad memory. Something was started on 8chan. It went offline for a while. When it came back online it was a DOD address, like 1.5 years back.
