I worked the polls here in NC last November. We were told that anyone who came in to vote was allowed to vote if they were a registered voter.... mask or not. We were told we could ask them if they wanted to use the sanitizer and offer a mask but we didn't require it to vote. I didn't see one person who didn't wear a mask though. Everyone seemed to comply
