It's against the law. Review the link posted in an above comment with the Frontline Dr's. Nobody can force you to take an experimental drug.

It is imperative that we stop calling it a vaccine. Words matter.

Vaccine-yes they can force it if you want to keep working there.

Experimental drug- against the law. Not only against USA law but worldwide.
