Lol Now that's a taken-out-of-context comment I can agree with!

For all who's wondering what she's saying, she's simply fingerspelling the letter "N" with her mouth agape. Probably was in the middle of signing "on" as you usually spell it out and they tend to be very "dramatic" with their mouth position, which is why her mouth is wide open like that.
