See you tomorrow.
I would be a bit worried about the judge just letting it keep going assuming he could even stop it to begin with, this may imply they will be dealing with it another way or have even infiltrated the audit itself to make the end result minor
I'm no legalpede, but I heard the AZ senate is in process of securing their autonomy over the audit with the AZ supreme court. It's possible that he knows he just can't stop it; he could order a halt, sure, and then the AZSC could overrule. Just like they did to us during the fraud (ignoring judges/selective listening to rulings) our auditors can go ahead and continue on the authority of the AZSC and ignore the other rulings.
I honestly don't know if this is true, but I think this whole legal thing has been taken so slowly because they know there's a good chance they'll get overruled and fighting it too hard will just keep them looking worse and worse.
Its not legally sound just thinking about it critically.
"We have incontrovertible evidence that the election for the senators and the presidential election were mired with fraud that caused them to win the election when they didn't."
"Neat. Well the election has been certified. Tough rucks kid. Now go kick rocks."
The elections were certified based on invalid votes. Wouldn't that mean technically, the certification vote is invalid as those who voted for certification did so based on false evidence?
To put it bluntly: those senators did not win. There is legal standing to remove elected officials from their posts if we can prove they did not win. I do not see why the presidential election would be any different.
This judge may not want to get involved, and his nomination by a (Republican) supervisor's wife may have been to either expose him or give him a chance to recuse. I can't believe the two judges wouldn't have seen the problem it would cause.
of course not, but I cant help but worry sometimes
