trump/Q uses dirty people, either under duress or with some kind of promise of atonement... i dont take any of this op's representatives at face value

I believe he means, Lin wood the lawyer and Ramsey backer may be chasing redemption for past evil and trump and Q may be offering some of these who have done wrong but not the truely evil stuff a chance to turn it around.
