Sounds like a scam. If it really is the movie this is being done to stop it from going into the theaters. Here is the official movie website. It says nothing about a free release. https://soundoffreedommovie.com/

Ty. Seems the Twitter account started in April of this year. Will ciphon off viewers and money from the release. Very sad since we need more movies like this-which also need funding.
