I have mad respect for Mike. I agree in the comments that he knew what he was getting into. He humbled himself and let the backhanded jabs roll right off of him. Anyone can see how jimmy treated him and just insulted him to discredit him. That takes self control and a humble heart to take. Praise God for Mike and if you see this Mike we all see it too and support you and pray for you
